Hi, I Am Not Sure If This Is A Bladder

hi, I am not sure if this is a bladder infection or what it could be. I've been having urgency to pee a lot this past 2 days and it is the second day of feeling bloated with these urgency to pee. I must go about 10 times a day now!
I noticed today that when I pee my clitorious hurts at the end of it, like a pressure build up almost. I wipe and now there is almost a little bit of blood coming out too from the clit. I am worried! I can't make it to the doctors right away either.
