Hi I'm A 46 Yrs Old That Recently Started With

hi I'm a 46 yrs old that recently started with high BP and fast palpitations, just finish wearing a heart monitor for 14 days and cardiologist nurse informed me that it show tachycardia started having a hard time sleeping due to my heart fast beats and headaches, so they call metropolol 25mg twice a day started last night, but today right after I took bp meds started to feel terrible, stomach pain, burning nauseas and headaches specially in the back of my head. The other thing is that I have been taking Paxil 30mg for the last 14 yrs, due to anxiety and panic attacks and coming to find out today this two meds cant be taking together, would like to know what other med can my doctor rx? please help
