Hi I've Been Having A Real Bad Headache Pain For

hi I've been having a real bad headache pain for the last few days my left leg and arm gets numb at times time I wake up in the middle of the night an even in the day time my chest feels extremely tight and I start to cough I went to my local ER awhile back with that same issue and t hey said I have sinusitis I took my blood pressure today and it was 148 over 99 I'm not sure what's really going on but I would like to know what I could do to lower my blood pressure
