Hello,

Skin irritation can occur due to scratching or dryness. Stay well hydrated and apply a herbal moisturizing lotion. While bumps after a yeast infection could be due to irritation, healing, or another mild issue, they could also be indicative of Bartholin's cysts will be drained, and antiseptic dressing will be done. If required, you will be given a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.

Fordyce spots are harmless oil glands. You need not worry about these. Genital warts (if sexually active) cause bumps in the vagina. Hence, get STD tests done. If tests show a positive result, you will be treated with antibiotics or antivirals. If these bumps are persistent, painful, changing in size, or causing concern, you are advised to get clinically examined by a gynecologist for a proper evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
