Hi, I Am Quite Depressed Not Quite But A Lot

i am quite depressed not quite but a lot as me my mother and my sister were attacked by dengue n 9th of november and we were admitted to hospital, they didnt admit me as my platelets were 272 and they thought its malaria. so i was asked to complete that course but that night my fever shooted was rushed to emergency where they put me on just 1 drip. and next day i started feeling fine until few days later i encountered constipation, so they asked me to take fruits i had them and i passed stool. Next day the rash came in i was given atarax for 2 days but that day on i felt a stretch in my stomach muscles which came and went i got an ultra sound nothing came up except for some liver changes as i was also prescribed to take panadol, so i took 2 panadol every 8 hours. We were discharged. i stopped taking panadol. i was feeling okay except the weakness part then after 2 weeks i had diarrhea and pain in stomach i was again rushed to hospital where they gave me antibiotics and some IBS medicine and some anxiety medicine too. and that particular day my urine color changed to dark yellow i mentioned to doctor he gave me a drip and asked to come again and gave me some other too. I started having flank pain too. he said it will go. and change of color is due to dehydration. Nevertheless i was still in weird pain like my stomach muscles felt soo weak and flank pain too like on scale of 10 it was 8 which day by day was getting better. i had my periods late. they were okay too. but the flank pain didnt go sometimes it would hurt so much that i would apply some voltaren gel and lay down it will go away. The pain usually increased when i use to work a lot without resting. That specific urine was persistent and it came only in morning for once from 3rd december 2015. On my behalf i started taking water like extra and the pain started going away but it was there i use to drink water and litlle amount of milk added to it and lemon water. anyways i went to doctor and explained. He said you saved yourself from dialysis and i was about to have a heart attack there. i got my all test done. RFTs came okay. but in urinanalysis.
pus cells. 3-4, epithelial cells, 6-8 , red blood cells, 35 - 40, protein, traces, and blood is 3 plus. which scared him and me too. he put me on ciprofloxcin and cranberry juice asked me to get ultra sound which came in normal too.. but now my urine is brown too not dark brown like lightish brown only in mornings like one at 5.00 am and one at 1.oo pm.
i dont urinate like crazy i dont have pain while urinating it burns or i dont know feels warm a little. he thinks it is my period as my date is 13 january. iam having a culture test too on my behalf as it showed few organisms too but he thinks it will come negative. nut can brown urine be the connection of periods.
please help. is it serious. i do feel mild flank pain now usually on left side but it goes away.. its not that worse
