hi, i recently gave my diabetic boyfriend oral sex but his semen tasted.. off. He has type 1 diabetes and has a diabetic pump giving him insulin throughout the day. after I swallowed it left this, odd taste in my mouth. almost as if I had bitten into a bitter tasting pill. it was off putting. I know everyone is different but this didn't feel right. could the insulin be affecting the taste?
