Hi. I Was Unable To Use The Bathroom For 5

hi. i was unable to use the bathroom for 5 days.. i took a laxative yesterday and was finally able to use the restroom. i then felt extreme pressure in my bladder and a constant urge to pee even though i couldn't actually urinate. there was also a lot of pain/burning when i was actually able to pee and little blood (pinkish color). I also just realized i have swollen tonsils.. no puss or white. i also don't have any vaginal discharge. its been about 3 days since i had unprotected sex.
