Hi My Wife Has A Large Lump On Her Lower

my wife has a large lump on her lower right abdomen, it appeared after a recent tubal ligation. She also had a urethral/vaginal diverticulum that was surgically removed. Additionally she started developing mouther ulcers.
She has a pituitary adenoma that is impacting primarily on her cortisol (hypo)and now on her thyroid (hypo) .
She has PTSD and diagnosed with sever post natal depression. In her late teens/adult life she was a heavy drug user (speed/Ecstasy/hemp).
She won't say what is happening with her so I ask are there any clues in this brief that I have provided?
