Hi , Recently My Cousin Brother Undergone For A Major

recently my cousin brother undergone for a major operation - intestine cancer , the op prolonged for 11 hrs after that he seems to be oke. but after couple of day they moved him to the iCU from there to special care ICU unit, now he is having acute pancreatitis. today morning a kind of fluid started coming out of his mouth, doctors said its bad sign. They hav told us to expect for the worse any time. can the situation be cured.

They operated him for cancer but when the biopsy came it was showing like a tumor not a cancer.
please help
