Hi, Why Does My Skin Itch, Feel Like Pins Are

hi, why does my skin itch, feel like pins are sticking me, eyes water and nose run? I do take medication, topamax, carbatrol and permarim. I had a problem a few months ago with diarrhea, was told I had IBS and an irritated stomach. This itching problem had stopped after being tested for all kinds of allergy work ups and taking atrazine, and a cream for the skin but has since returned. It is more intensed closer to the evening time.
