Hould I Be Concerned About Urticaria, Anal Itching, And RBCs In Stool Of My Child?

My 3years girl has skin rash urticaria that appears and fades within hours. She suffered from tonsilitis and received oral antibiotics for a week before She is known to have lactose intolerance Now she complain of anal itching Her stool analysis showed 2-3 pus cell And 6-8 rbc/hpf and no worm or other thing the other parameters are normal Should I concern from these Rbc on stool?!
