How Can You Tell The Difference Between Bartonella And Stretch

how can you tell the difference between bartonella and stretch marks.. my 17 year old daughter has the dark stretch marks on her sides and stomach but she doesnt have swollen lymph nodes or fever.. but she did get scratched by a feral cat.. is the elisha and westeren blot the same as a hiv test? what can happen to her if it is barconella? .. her pedeatrician said they were just stretch marks but i dont trust her opinion looking for a new doctor ... please help
