How Do I Heal The Scratched Wound?

hi, i scratched my groin because it was itchy, i scratched the skin and caused a wound. How do i heal the scratched wound? It s over a week now and i seem anxious if it is even healing despite my efforts putting on an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial cream with steroids.

Hello,
Thank you for writing to HCM

Wash the affected area with keto soap (ketaconazole soap). Apply Clotrimazole cream daily morning after bath only on the itching area. Apply neosporin ointment on the affected area daily night till wound heals. Take Tab.Citravate (Vit C) daily once for 2 weeks. Do not use Steroid creams without doctors prescription as it may flare up if you have fungal infection.
