husband having pains under right breast sever pain, thinks he's having heart attack?
cant burp chest feel tight and severe pain, then finally after 45 min he starts burping

usually pain of heart attacks are left sided radiating to left shoulder, neck, jaw....increases on exertion.

probably he has pain of acute pleuritis which is sharp shooting increases on deep inhalation , coughing, sneezing etc

get a chest x ray and ECG done and meet your doctor
