i HAD ECT LAST YEAR, WHEN Manic 9 months later so started weaning my medication quickly. When I came off the mania I experienced severe mental side effects and still am, can't turn off the pain. We had a pharmacist call and my dose of lithium had somewhere been doubled from 600g to 1200g. I'm down to 600 now for one week but still suffering from mental spinning and pain. I am getting my thyroid levels today and hope it will help my mind. I sound crazy but can the mind go through some scary sensations with all that has happened to me since Nov.13, tHANK YOU.
