I Am A 62yr Old Women, Over Weight (5"4' 215lbs.

i am a 62yr old women, over weight (5"4' 215lbs. i have ms (30yrs), parkinsons (2yrs) 2other people in my family also have had it, fibromyalga(1yr) from the ms treatment, diabetis(on and off 10yrs). Starting to have pain in my deltoid and my rotater cuff. no tears (mri) started december 2015. have done physical therpy. now the arm hurts less with more movement, buy it is swollen from shoulder to finger tips. it is red and discolored all the time and all my fingers are blue?????????
