1. You should have an ENT examination to rule out causes of nasal obstruction, which may vary according to your age. This may include a CT PNS Scan, Sleep Cine MRI Study and/or endoscopy. You may also require to undergo a Sleep Study or Polysomnogram (PSG) at a Sleep Lab.
2. A DNS (Deviated Nasal Septum) is the commonest cause for this condition. Chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps , allergic fungal rhinosinusitis (AFRS) and turbinate hypertrophy are among other causes that come to mind.
