I Did An Ultrasound Today And Got The Following Results:

i did an ultrasound today and got the following results:

Retroverted Uterus with 6mm endometrium
right ovary contains 3 follicles with diameters 1.3; 1.6; 1.7cm

Left ovary is not active

We are trying to get pregnant. Are the results above the right condition for pregnancy?
