I Had Just Completed My Menstrual Cycle When I Had

i had just completed my menstrual cycle when i had unprotected sex so thereafter i took one tablet of p2 and i started experiencing pain while peeing which just lasted for a day then i started having blood come out again for two days. after that i was having brown smelly discharge and in less than a week we had unprotected swx again and i took another tablet of p2. does this mean any danger? please help
