I Had What Seemed Like A Dark Blood Blister On

i had what seemed like a dark blood blister on my mons pubis pubic hair region that I thought was an ingrown hair, it would pop, then fill with pus, then pop again, then the the cyst or whatever flattened out and now it just looks like a redish dark pinkish shiny sac thing that was never able to let all the pus out. it's still hard and feels abnormal to the rest of my skin, the first time i noticed this was a little less than a month ago, and it just stays the same but doesn't go away. i also am getting little under the skin pus bumps which seem to be ingrown hairs
