I Have Chronic Sinus Infestions And Have Had Three Sinus

i have chronic sinus infestions and have had three sinus surgerys. about a month ago i had and infection dr gave me amocillian i got better for 2 weeks and then got seriously ill, ive have chronic nausea. constANT headache at one point the headache was severe now its not as bad but wont go away. sum vomiting here and there over the past 2 weeks. low grade fever 99.7. but now i having bad pain in my neck and back, very irritable, fatigue very easily, congestion in head & chest, coughing.i juz feel really really ill.my dr tested me for mono but hasent came back yet. oh yeah i keep getting these twinges of pain in my upper right abdomen
