I Have Every Symptom Of Shingles Except The Blisters.Pain, Rawness

i have every symptom of shingles except the blisters.Pain, rawness of skin on my left side in an area about the size os a salad plate on top of my ribs low, under my left arm. I am on anastrozole, the estrogen blocker for Breast Cancer. Can I take Valacyclovir with that and Tecturna, my blood pressure medication. My pain and symptoms have been going on since wednesday night.
