I Have Pain In Left Testicle

i have slight pain in my left testicle for about 7-10 days..... and now i am slight worried about it. what can it be?? haven t talked to parents about it as of now. pllz help me out!!

There are many reason for this.This can be infection,some pressure on it,trauma etc.Please look for any swelling.In case of swelling and pain you need to get your self examined for this.In absence of pain and other major problems you can wait.
