I Just Finished Eating Gluten-free Spaghetti With Hard Goat-cheese Shaved

i just finished eating gluten-free spaghetti with hard goat-cheese shaved on it.. my heart hurts and it's abit above where heartburn occurs (i have used prevacid for that). i am 72 years old and underweight (5'3", 103 lbs) - gluten and lactose intolerant. had a glass of wine with dinner. heart issues in family though seeing cardiologist annually and all looked ok in january 2015. calcified valve.

didn't realize a charge.
will contact heart doc in morning.
ready for bed now.
