I Know This Sounds Crazy But Ive Had Smoked Coming

i know this sounds crazy but ive had smoked coming out of my vagina, constan odor that is horrible, and hardly ever get my period and a drainage that ive had since i started my period at age 11, i am now 20 and have not had sex however i was sexually abused as a kid (anal sex) its insane to post this but i dont know what is causing this and hen i go to the doctors they dont usually believe i am not having sex.. whats wrong?
