I Notice Blood In My Saliva . I Feel Itching

i notice blood in my saliva . i feel itching in my nose an right after that sneezing starts after that i spit blood . the color of blood is light red...but today i feel itching in my nose but without sneezing i spit blood i have allergy of running nose and sneezing in morning but now i am doing vaccination for that and also using tablet of free hale (montelukast) these medicines were prescroved by the doctor
