I Notice Just A Few Hours Ago That When I

i notice just a few hours ago that when i bend over forwards that i get a sharp pain that is about two inches below my navel,three inches to the right and that this pain travels into my right testicle. i feel no bulge at the point location but i do detect slight soreness there when i palpate it. standing seems to relieve pain almost immediately. i don't recall any thing triggering this within the last 24 hours but i anticipate that i may have a slight hernia. how do i treat this? i am a builder and i need to be at work tomorrow. hopefully ... sitting i am pain free .
