i recently had a CT scan done of the pelvic area as i am due for a TRAM flap surgery for breast reconstruction in a few months.

A part of the report says ..."incidental note of a sclerotic bone island in the right sacrum and bilateral sclerosis along both SI joints, likely chronic. "
