I Was Given Prolia, Even Tho I Had Had Parathyroid

i was given prolia, even tho i had had parathyroid surgery...i soon developed some muscle aches and severe fatigue and rapid heart beats...much of that has subsided..it is a year later and i am getting spells of fatigue again,,,all tests for other things coming up negative....could prolia have had a long term affect on me ??
i am otherwise healthy and was so before the prolia.......
