I Was Told By My Ob That I Have Herpes

i was told by my ob that i have herpes or in his words a history of it i was a little confused because i am pregnant 32 weeks and they claim they just figured it out now one of my ob said it was negative then i see a different doctor and he said it was positive or i have a history of it he showed me something that read 5.00...i am well aware that with herpes u do not know you have it but he then tells me its ok for me to have sex and i ask him should i tell the father of my child he said do not worry about it and just take these blue pills and youll be fine. should i get a second opinion?
