I'm 23 Years Old...weight 49...height 5.2... I Got Severe Acne

i'm 23 years old...weight 49...height 5.2...
i got severe acne oftenly after using epilators or something like this on my face and these things r not only the cause, sometimes acne appear without using something unusual on my face plus i've oily skin too and also hairloss problem ..when acne gets clear after some months, it leaves dark scars that makes my face so ugly... I've acne since 14 years of age and it always leaves marks on my face....recently i'm using clindamycin phosphate gel but i don't think so it will work out in clearance of marks...kindly suggest medication for removal of scars
