im 37 never in my life have I ever used a vibrator,I decided to buy one I used it a few times then tossed it,I ve notice that with my partner I could never orgasm I feel like I damaged my clitoris.it use to be sensitive now I don t be feeling like I m in the mood I feel a little numbness.do you think it s possible I damaged myself?can I get my sensitivity back?what can I do?

In my opinion, your symptoms can be due to friction around the clitoris area. I will suggest use of some local application of ointment containing antibacterial and mild steroid agents for a week.

Later on, when you are comfortable, please find some time without any stress to indulge in self pleasuring. Use of water based lubricant jelly like K-Y jelly will be of help. Be gentle to yourself.

Do not touches the clitoris directly, touch it from sides. Seek help of your partner to elevate your sensual mood.

Opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. This is helpful in overall health and sexual health also.
