I'm On My 36 Weeks Pregnancy And I Had My

i'm on my 36 weeks pregnancy and i had my biophysical scoring ultrasound last two weeks ago. it says that single live intrauterine pregnancy, cephalic, normohydramios and posterofundal placenta, grade 2, it is ok? can i have a normal delivery? and is it normal to feel sudden pain below my stomach and it will disappear after a few seconds? and sometimes i feel heavy below my tummy? is that ok?
