Is Chemical Peeling Effective In Treating Pimple Pores?

I am 21 now. I had problem of pimples few years back. But these pimples left small pores on my face which are visible. I have heard of chemical peeling to be solution of my problem. But I am not sure about its effectiveness.
Let me know if there is something i can do at home myself to reduce them.

Dermatologist 's  Response
hello,
Chemical peeling removes the outer layer of the skin and hence produces a more supple and glowing skin. Not only that, it also produces skin tightening effect which results in reduction in skin pores. So yes it is effective in improving the skin pores.
Other treatments include:
1. Co2 Fractional Laser treatment
2. Non Ablative NdYag treatment
3. Microneedle Radiofrequency treatment
4. Dermaroller treatment
There are many more, but i would suggest the safest one is chemical peeling.
