Is Dizziness, Vision Loss, Ringing Ears, And Nausea When I Stand Up Quickly, And Near Blackouts Lasting About A Minute A Sign Of A Serious Condition?

So I stood up really fast, and I know getting dizzy from that is normal, but I didn't just get dizzy. I lost my vision, ears started ringing, head aching, I wanted to vomit and I was so close to blacking out. This lasted for about a full minute and happened twice almost in a row. Also has happened before. It was so bad I thought I was going to die, this probably is some kind of disease right? Before this when it did happen I blacked out unlike now.
