Is it normal 4 a 14 year old girl to have extra high blood pressure? what causes this ?

Raised BP can be either Primary or Secondary. Primary is the common one which occurs, say, around 40 or thereafter. Secondary hypertension is a more serious issue. If it occurs at a younger age, it is generally believed to be secondary. Which means that you have to find what caused it( renal, adrenal etc.) Raised BP in any young individual needs a complete investigation to find out the cause. So act.
