Is It Safe To Continue Taking Metformin, Januvia XR, Amlodipine, Covadtin, And Forxiga While Feeling Weakness And Frequent Urination?

Hi Doctor, I am 37 years old and suffering with type 2 diabetes since 9years. Currently I am on January XR 50/1000mg 1-0-1 Metformin 500 0-1-0 Buy my sugar levels are still not under control. Now I have been prescribed with forxiga 10 mg 0-1-0 with all the above medication I feel weak and urinate frequently . Please suggest am I heading in the right path or am I damaging my health and kidneys. Please help I am also taking Amlodipine and covadtin 0-1-0 every day. Due to frequent urination I have currently stopped Forxiga 10 mg. My morning sugars now are 250++ If I take Forxiga it is less around 160 to 180. Pls advice
