Is The Person Diabetic If Fasting Sugar Is High After 3 Days Of Heavy Meal ?

if fasting blood sugar is 246 mg / dl after three days of heavy meal in a 23 yr old with no other symptoms of diabetes , is she a diabetic?

Yes. Probably Type 1 diabetic (needs Insulin forever, right from day 1), considering her age. Please take her to your family doctor/endocrinologist/diabetologist for further evaluation, investigations and treatment.
