ive been constipated the past couple of weeks, ive felt like I had to go, but when I get on the Toilet I cant squeeze one out. The past couple days I started having diarrhea, and there was very hard, loud farts along with it, I want to say they were explosive. Could it be hemeroids, holding farts in, or something more serious?
