Last Year I Had Sex While On My Last Day

last year I had sex while on my last day of my period which was a bit uncomfortable for me. after that I had this one going weird pain in my vagina that lasted about 2-3 months. it finally went away but just recently that same feeling came back. my pee also comes out a little cloudy when I don't drin enough water but when I do they cloudiness and the pain subside. please help me in finding out what this is it is very uncomfortable and I need to know if it's something that I should worry about thank you
