Leg And Arm Cramps Around 4-5 Am Usually. Had Blood

leg and arm cramps around 4-5 am usually. had blood test done 5/14 or so and then again asked to schedule another one 6/2; both indicated anemia. I am 65 yr old female. had hernia mesh repair Oct 2015; this was a 5th surgery since 1991; they were to remove mesh and replace new one, but surgeon was unable to, so he put a new mesh over old one. also, got aspiration pneumonia (had pneumonia shot 2 months prior to this surgery) Lungs tested and doing fine- so pneumonia is gone. have felt extremely fatigued since surgery and also the leg/arm cramps as well... any ideas?
