My 21 Year Old Daughters Been Seen By Physciain Twice

my 21 year old daughters been seen by physciain twice with no relief. she has sore throat, cought fever & vomiting. he was treating her for sinus infection symptoms but she hasn't responded to the meds after 6 days & stilll vomiting occassionally. med was changed to something that wouldn't have vomiting and nausea as a side effect. She still has sever soare throat. Had her tonsils out in January 2016. Waiting for mono test results, althought not likely. if mono test is negative, what do you sugguest?
