Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my 4 year old girl woke up screaming and saying her feet hurt.
she has been walking around all day on her tip toes and can not put her heels down.
she was taken to see a GP who said there was nothing physically wrong with her. she was taken to school. her teacher reported at the end of the day that she walked OK on grass but continued to walk on her tip toes in the play ground. She went to her gymnastics class after school. I wanted to see how she walked on the spongy floor. She was hesitant to go in to the class, but did go in. Her teacher spoke to me after the class and asked if she had been wearing new shoes , because of this tip toe walking which she did all through the 1 hour class. A further Dr. visit this evening reported : nothing physically wrong. Where do I go from here please?
