Hi.. The BP though is in the higher limits, it is not in the  hypertensive limits though.. Include dietary modifications in the form of low salts and monitor BP frequently till the end of the pregnancy and for a few days following delivery too.. Seek medical help if the BP is in hypertensive limits...
