my chest hairs were pulled and since then there seems to be inflammation(redness)

5 months back somehow my chest hairs were pulled and since then there seems to be inflammation(redness) at my checst as a lil circle which has grown up a bit. Could you please suggest what is this?

Be very gentle in doing it. otherwise it shall lead to certain problems. Mainly injury and inflammation also you will get a lot of pain. So be very gentle. It will heal in some days.
