My Daughter Is Having A Fever At About The Same

my daughter is having a fever at about the same time every day. She has had this for three days now. It begins at her chest and goes through her body but mostly her chest is really hot. And then her head feels woozy and then it goes away about an hour or two later. Should she be concerned. Is this something serious?
