my doctor began by reducing my Lexapro from 20 mg to 10 and none for the past couple of weeks, my wellabutrin was increased from 300mmg to 450. I have been feeling absolutely terrible for the past 8 days, my blood pressure has been high, my heart rate is between 104 to 123, my head feels strange as if im in a fog I've had an ongoing headache, irriated which is not normal for me, i'm feeling extremely emotional and exhausted. do you think this could be withdrawal and would it be safe to resume Lexapro
