my father is not getting sleep for the last ten months
hello doctor, my father is not getting sleep for the last ten months.. he cant get sleep after he went to bed even after 3 hours. when he wokeup at morning his eyes are red and got tired. please help on this to get sleep.

sleep disordrs are psychatric disorders if not diabetic and hypertensive. needs a psychatrist to councell him and to prescribe him some sleep medications

Mind relaxing yogic asanas like Bhramari, Sheetali and shitkari may be helpfull to you.
Tablet Brahmi vati(plain) 1 tab twice daily with milk should be taken.
Time of sleep should be fixed. Try to detach from day time thoughts during sleep.
