My Girlfriend Was Performing Oral Sex On Me And She

my girlfriend was performing oral sex on me and she bit my penis, thought it was nothing and kept having sex. After we were done i went on to check myself and there was blood on my penis with an indenture and a small piece of skin hanging. It doesnt hurt too much but at times there is a slight pain specialy after peeing (no pain in the urethra) where the remaining urine makes contact with the wound. Right it seems alightly red around the wound with a white patch right in the center but no puss or anything. I was wondering if it is just scaring and it will heal on its own or if i need to get it checked and if not how to properly take care of it for faster recovery, thanks.
