My Motor Skills For My Hands Are Bad Any Movement

my motor skills for my hands are bad any movement to my hands takes alot of concentration like writing or smoking or unzipping my pants or clinching my hands is hard i have swelling in my hands that wont allow me to clinch my hands i have an electrical shock that goes through the back of my arms to the tips of my fingers i feel a burning heat from my back of my arms i have high blood preasure and talking right is difficult my thumbs feel like a rubber band has been wrapped tightly around them my middle finger and index finger feel dead ring fingers wont work at all right pain in my fore arm from the elbow to my thumbs cant hold anything right
